How do I get points?
Points are assigned to you by Fleetwood. It is up to discretion of Fleetwood to handle point distribution.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password using a link at the log in page. Simply click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow on-screen instructions.

Rewards FAQs
What types of rewards are available on Fleetwood Platform?
Rewards are point based. It means that in order to redeem a reward you need to have certain amount of points to do so.
How many times can I enter the same reward?
Each reward can be redeemed multiple times, as long as there are enough points on the account to redeem it.
Competition FAQs
How many times can I enter the same competition?
Each competition has its own set of terms and conditions.
How many competitions can I enter?
You can enter all competitions available. One entry per user per competition.
How long are competitions open for?
The closing date for entries is always clearly stated for each competition.
